Headlands is a luxury 6 bedroom shared living house situated in a very pleasant location within Derby

The house has a range of room sizes, four of which are ensuite with the two smaller rooms sharing a bathroom. All rooms feature new stylish furniture providing ample storage, a full size desk and chairs complete with an ethernet point in addition to the normal house WiFi.

Keyless smart locks are fitted to all bedrooms along with the front door for quick and easy access without the need to fumble with keys!

The spacious kitchen diner and utility room are equipped with everything you need and more besides.

Doorbell monitors are fitted for security and peace of mind, there's no need to open the front door unless you recognise the caller.

The private and tranquil rear garden offers an additional area for relaxation after work.

Street parking generally allows you to park within a few meters of the front door. For those who cycle, we have a secure bike shelter located out of sight behind a locked gate.
