We require this information to understand your suitability and availability to take up residency at Headlands.

  • To enable us to reply to your initial enquiry and any subsequent communication we may have
  • Managing your tenancy and our internal record keeping, eg for completing our Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement (AST) and any other internal forms 
  • We may use the information to improve our services
  • From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes
  • We may use the information to customise our website according to your comments & feedback and to ask you for a testimonial which we can include on our website
  • We may use your information with our third-party partners, eg The Tenant Deposit Scheme (TDS) and for submitting an online credit check via the National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA)
